These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Beat Motors website and any services we provide, including vehicle enquiries, test drives, purchase agreements, and after-sales support. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Vehicle Information

• All vehicles listed are subject to availability and may be sold without prior notice.
• While we aim to provide accurate descriptions, specifications may vary and should be confirmed in person.
• Pricing may change without notice, but confirmed written quotes remain valid for the stated period.

3. Test Drives

• Test drives require a valid New Zealand driver licence.
• We reserve the right to refuse a test drive based on insurance or safety considerations.

4. Deposits

• A deposit may be required to hold a vehicle.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Purchase Agreements

• All sales are final once full payment is received and the vehicle has been delivered or collected.
• Ownership transfers only after full payment has cleared.

6. Warranties

Vehicles are sold in compliance with New Zealand consumer law. Optional mechanical warranties (1–3 years) may also be available.

7. Limitation of Liability

Beat Motors is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from vehicle ownership or use.
